Does anyone have this informational catalina and if so, does it have the promotion number on it so we can call catalina to verify this is working?

I found some awesome Smart Start coupons for this deal but don't want to buy and return if I can call catalina first.

Heidi said hers came from Smiths Ive been to 3 different Kroger in 2 different regions and it not working and I emailed corporate and they had no idea what I was talking about. And the other boards Im on noone has seen this at Krogers. I know Smiths is kroger family but I dont think this is going on at any Krogers.
