Is there a Kleenex Catalina that is set to start soon? I have heard rumors of it but wasn't sure so I came here but don't see anything mentioned of it so far.... just wondering?

I bought 7 of the 99¢ mega sale -- combo extra soft & lotion and got the $2 catalina. The shelf had a tag to buy 5 and get $1 OYNO.
