Has anyone tried this at Kroger? I was just thinking that I'm running low on yeast after last summer's great deal.

Does anyone know if it works on the pizza dough yeast? Also as the pp asked at krogers?

A week or so ago when I was checking the price of these I saw the Catalina tag in forn of the pizza dough version-so, I am assuming it is valid on that. This was at Krogers and the price was reg. 1.49.

I remembered to check today--the dates are the same and the Catalina is valid on all Fleischmann's Yeast.. $1 Cat for the jars, $.50 for the strips (this doubles).

The strips were $1.50 so I got them for $.50 after Catalina.. but the pizza dough yeast would be an even better deal as there is a MC from one of the recent newspapers specifically for it.

Cashier at Kroger accidentally double-scanned my Fleishmann's Pizza Dough Yeast strip yesterday (10/9), so I ended up getting 2 -50¢ OYNO Cats.

So, to answer previous questions:
Yes, this Cat is available at Kroger.
Yes, it's good on the Pizza Dough variety.

And it's a good deal if you use a manufacturer coupon too. There's an IP q out there for -50¢/1 (through coupons.com, I think) which doubles, unlike the -55¢/1 insert q's.

And apparently, the availability date is something beyond 10/3 ...
