MAJOR RED ALERT - Kraft Catalina

I found out tonight at St Louis/ National that the cashiers MAY only give you ONE of your Kraft Cats ( If you buy more than 5 items at a time). The guy gave me my 3 and *warned* me. I saw a photocopied Cat with hand written instructions ( prob not from corp) hanging by customer serive. It said that only on cat per customer was supposed to be given. SO I sat in my van and read over the Catalina annoucement from before this promo. It doesnt say 5 or more. It says buy 5 and get 5, so I guess its too late for Catalina to *officially* change the way this works without getting themselves into trouble. I just figured that since there are 12 more days of this promo left, and many of us planned to get more of the items --- Id let you know to do seperate transactions in order to avoid the potential conflict over this issue.

Any news on this catalina? When you read the catalina info on the Kroger catalinas thread, it looks like this was first printing out only 1 catalina for each transaction, no matter how many cheese you bought, then it changed to 1 cat per every 5 cheeses, and now they want it to go back to one per transaction again? Sounds like someone made a mistake somewheres.. Anyway, I can do 5 at a time but uggh sounds like such a pain in the neck...anyone else hear of this same limiting of catalina couipons thing at the other stores?
