Re: Contacting Catalina Marketing when your coupons don't print from the machine I did this once. I had an RR not print at Walgreens, and instead of argue with the manager, I just emailed Cat. In my original email I sent my name, address, the information of the store (address, store #, date, time) I went to, and what RR I didn't receive, and what I purchased. In a week or 2, they sent an email saying they were sending me the RR. They usually add about 2 extra weeks to it too.
