The catalina printout doesn't have a start date on it anywhere, so I am assuming that it has already started since it did mention "now through 5/8/10." And yes you are correct, it is an accumulative deal since it also states in parenthesis "Purchases can be made over multiple shopping trips."

I am hoping that there will be something at the bottom of our receipts to indicate a running accumulative once we start buying participating products for this running promo.

Yes, as long as no particular brand of cheese is mentioned on the reward coupon, it can be used on ANY cheese. Also, if the reward coupon has the generic store barcode, definitely combine it with a Manufacturer's coupon like grandmajoanne mentioned.

Has anyone gotten a Catalina from this Kraft promotion?

On 12/31/09, I purchased two packages of Kraft shredded cheese at Ralphs for $2.99 each, and today I purchased six more pacakges of Kraft shredded cheese at Ralphs for $2.99 each. That's a total of $23.92 in qualifying purchases, but no Catalina printed (the machine was working, because other Cats spit out).

On the 12/31/09 purchase, there was no mega-deal going on, but I'm sure I had a coupon, probably for $1.00/2 Kraft cheese. So that would be a net spend of $4.98.

On today's purchase, I did the mega-deal, so I ended up paying 50 cents less per bag of cheese, plus I had three $1.00/2 coupons, so my net spend was $11.94.

If Catalina or Ralphs is somehow keeping track of whether my purchases have included coupons or mega-deal discounts, then I have only spent $16.92 and haven't qualified for the $2.00 Cat yet. But do they do that? I'm not even sure what coupons I might or might not have used in my 12/31/09 purchase, and the receipt certainly doesn't show items and coupons properly matched.

I tried calling the number I had for Catalina customer service -- 1-888-826-8766. The machine that picked up did not identify the name of the company; the recorded voice just said, "We will be with you shortly." Then I got to listen to "Hooked On a Feeling" for a couple of minutes before I heard a click and then a busy signal.

Should I call Catalina during regular business hours? Or try Ralphs? Any ideas?

print out ? it was philadephia cream cheese recipes on one side & the promo in the middle of the cat..on the far right top corner prints your total..

I would call catalina ?it does`t hurt...not sure how they track with your Ralphs card.....
I think it the total about of the kraft items ..excluding your coupons.

I haven't bought enough Kraft Cheese products to "earn" a $2 Grocery coupon yet, but like grandmajoanne, I have gotten catalina printouts with my total on it.

If you still have your receipts on hand, a call to catalina during regular business hours would be the way to go. HTH and let us know what catalina has to say to you.

I haven't called Catalina yet, but I did write to Ralphs from the "Contact Us" section of their website.

On my last trip, in addition to not getting a $2.00 OYNO Kraft coupon, I also did not get credit for a $1.00/2 16-oz. Daisy sour cream e-coupon that I had loaded to my Ralphs card from their new e-coupon website. So I wrote to them about both issues.

This is the reply I got this morning:

"Thank you for contacting Ralphs. I understand your concern that both the Paperless coupons and the Catalina coupon did not work at the local store. I have added a $5 credit directly to your Ralphs rewards card to replace the coupons."

That was very nice of them . . . but it still doesn't explain what the problem is/problems are, does it? I guess I'll find out the next time I buy Kraft cheese or an item that I've loaded a Ralphs e-coupon for.

I'll try calling Catalina tomorrow, since I do have my receipts, just to see if they can shed any light on the Kraft deal.
