I would have reached my $20 yesterday and asked the clerk about it, but he had no clue. I then read the initial catalina I got in January. On the bottom in fine print is says" After each $20 purchase requirement is met, coupon will be delivered at checkout printer within one week, find details at kraftfoods.com/cheeserewards!" So I guess we have to wait a week after reaching the $20. I will wait and see!

Wow, thank you, Laura! That explains it! I kept my receipts, but I did not keep the initial Catalina I received or the one that showed what my cumulative total was.

What would I do without all the knowledge on this forum? Thanks again.
