My Kroger catalinas didn't print...now what?

What options do I have?

I was supposed to get 7 x $0.50 OYNO for buying Fl yeast and a Johnson's q for $2.50 off 3. I am so bummed. I won't go through the whole spill about how it happened, but it was long, drawn-out, and I ended up with no catalinas.

Can I contact the catalina company directly? If so, how? Something tells me going back to this Kroger won't be very helpful.... :(

At my favorite Kroger, I didn't get the $4 OYNO for buying 4 Pepperidge farm products. The reason was because one of the Pepperidge Farm products didn't ring up on the register and the cashier had to manually enter it in and it came up as "Grocery". So I went to customer service and told them that was the whole reason why I bought the Pepperidge Farm products. The customer service lady was very helpful and she gave me $4 worth of OYNO catalinas that people had thrown out at the registers for me to use next time.

Did you go to customer service? I would call the catalina company, but I've heard they can't do anything about it. Good luck!

I did, but they were officially closed but she went anyway and looked at the shelf where the yeast was and told me that it didn't say anything there, so she had no proof and couldn't help me. :(

Awww. I must have had a super nice customer service person then. I've heard that the yeast can be tricky to get the catalina to spit out but I've never had a problem. Try calling the catalina company and see what's up with that and maybe ask which ones trigger the catalina. It's possibly it may be a specific one. I got the rapid-rise yeast.
