That was a good news!

I went to the one on Garth Rd. Here in Baytown. The other one is still closed from Ike damage. I like the one on Garth better anyway, but I wish it were more like the Sig. Krogers in other parts the Houston area. (Northshore, Humble) they are so much nicer. I didn't even try to deal with the checker or CS when my CATs did not print because it was Sunday evening and with over 15 customers to check out, there was ONE checker on the floor. I waited over 20 minutes to even start checking out. After about 15 minutes the checker found ONE other person who chould open a cash/check only line. That didn't help much, as most of us use credit/debit cards to shop with nowadays. That's just poor management to me. (Sorry for the extra rant, Just had to get it out.)

It looks like it depends on which store you are in. My Kroger in Indianapolis, IN has a shelf tag stating the Glade $4 CAT deal expires 11/5 (today). Some people were talking about their expiration date to be 11/1. I think it varies because the weekly sale runs in different dates in different area. My IN Kroger runs sales from Thurs. - Wed. So, today is the last date for the Glade CAT deal for me.

I went to Kroger last night and bought 2 Glade warmers with extra outlet in one transaction and got only one $4 CAT. I am going to return one since my cashier didn't scan my BOGO coupon which she gave me back after she realized her mistake. (CS was already closed.)
