If you load a "meal deal" at shortcuts do you have to buy all items for it to work? For example if I choose the Taco Night can I just buy the cheese and get the .45 discount?

Yesterday I only bought some of the items on the 'meal deal' and all my e-coupons came off.

If you haven't used the $3 when you buy head & shoulders shampoo and conditioner, I found some marked down at my store to $2.99 each. Used a $3 on any 2 coupon that expires 11/30 plus the esaver = free.

I've used these before, but the last time I loaded the Herbal Essences never came off. Bummer.

Ok...help me out here. When I loaded the coupons from esaver they came off just my total just fine. However they are still online saying I never used them. I can't use them again (tried that). I've emailed P&P twice with nothing back. What should I do??

So P&G finally replied back. They want me FAX a copy of my receipt (from a few weeks ago) where I bought it and 'they will look into it. Wouldn't it be easier to just wipe everything off my card and let me start fresh. As Glenn Beck says "I may not be a (fill in the blank), but I am a Thinker).

News Q Policy for Poplar Bluff, Mo Kroger Store

I just got this email reply this evening, I had written asking what their policy was as far as Coupon usage at the PB Missouri store where I shop and this was their reply. (Apparently they take expired coupons also):

Dear (Name Removed):

Thank you for contacting The Kroger Co. regarding the Coupon Policy for stores in your
area.
Our policy is as follows:
Double Coupons:
* Manufacturer coupons of $.60 or less will be "Doubled".
* Manufacturer coupons over $.61 will be redeemed at face value.
* Up to Eight (8) coupons will be "Doubled" per Identical or "like"
item per shopping visit. Any additional manufacturer coupons for that "like"
item will be redeemed at face value.
* This does not apply to "Free", Kroger, Catalina, Retail Food Store coupons,
Electronic Coupons on the Kroger Plus Card or items prohibited by law.
Pharmacy Coupons:
* We do accept Competitor Pharmacy coupons.
General Coupon Policy:
* Limit one (1) manufacturer coupon per item purchased.
* Limit one (1) store coupon per item purchased.
* One (1) manufacturer and One (1) store coupon can be used on the same item.
* Coupons cannot be used on "Free" items.
* We do accept coupons that are expired.
* Amount refunded cannot exceed the cost of the item.
* The store manager has the right to accept, decline, or limit the use of any coupon upon
view.
* The store manager has the right to limit the Quantity of coupons/items used/purchased
in a single transaction, by a single customer, or in a single day.
We do accept Internet coupons, providing the following is true:
* The coupon is not for a free product or for more than 75% off the original cost - we do
not accept those from the Internet.
* The coupon scans properly at the register. If the registers do not register, it is most
likely not a valid coupon.
* The coupon is not altered in any way.

We hope this information is helpful. If you have additional questions regarding our
coupon policy, please feel free to speak to store management. They will be glad to assist
you. Thanks again for contacting Kroger.

Sincerely,

XXX

(Mod edit- I removed the customer service person's name also, as they may not want it posted here. Thanks for sharing your e-mail, though.)

As far as i know, my Kroger in Richland MS (just south of Jackson) doubles up to .60, accepts internet coupons, and they have accepted over a dollar IP coupons. Glad to know about the not doubling over 8 on like items. I wasnt even sure how many like items they would accept q's for.

Jackson, MS (this is true of the County Line and 55-Frontage Rd stores, at least)

Doubling: Doubles Manufacture Coupons up to 60c; doubles only 8 coupons per transaction; doubling is done by register, so even DND labeled coupons will double, if they start with 5.
Tripling: Does not Triple
Internet Coupons: Accepts IPs up to $1, but some managers may allow higher amounts
Store Coupons: May be combined with manufacturer coupons
Expired Coupons: Does not accept.
Wanted to ad a few things to your notes. What you have applies to the I55 store, Flowood store, Countyline store, Pearl store, and Brandon store.

Also the new Kroger corporate policy is to accept all IP's up to $3. Believe it or not I called and complained about a store not accepting the Kroger Comforts $3 IP from their website and the manager called corporate. She called me back and informed me that because of me, the corporate policy had been changed to accept IP coupons up to $3.
