Default Re: IP policy?

Some stores do seem to set their own rules regarding IPs. Some only take a limited number (as this one apparently does) and some will only take up to a certain amount. I'm glad he was nice to you and it sounds like the transaction was pleasant; however, I would just keep those deals to another store- especially since I know how easy it is to run to another Kroger when you are in Memphis. I moved to south MS from Memphis and had a time getting used to the fact that there is one Kroger near me and the next is an hour and a half away!

Default Re: IP policy?

My local store in Jonesboro said that I could only use 2 IP coupons for my total order...it didn't matter if they were like coupons. But, the other day they allowed me five IP's. I really think it depends upon the cashier as to how they handle it regardless of store policy. I was also told they wouldn't take IP's over $1 or for anything free. I know they have taken IP's for over $1 and a few frees in the past.

At one of my local stores they said only 2 of the same IP and it could not be a smartsource coupon. The others in the area have never said anything.

Default Re: IP policy?

I shop at the Kroger in Oakland and they will only let you use 1 copy of each IP per day. I think it's probably up to the store manager to set the rules on these.

Default Re: IP policy?

I usually shop at the Kroger in Bartlett, or the one at Poplar and Highland. The Bartlett one will accept any coupon in any mount IP or not. The one at Poplar and Highland will accept as many Ip's as you have (depending on cashier) but no Ip's for FREE items.

Default Does Kroger double coupons and do they accept IP's?

I don't usually do my major grocery shopping there, but I might start. They have way better sales than Walmart.
