Kroger's eCoupon Policy

We've had a lot of newbies joining HCW lately, so I just wanted to post a friendly reminder about Krogers ecoupon policy. Combing ecoupons, cellfire, shortcuts, etc. with paper coupons is not allowed per corporate policy & therefore, it's not allowed to be discussed at HotCouponWorld. The cashier handed me back my three Yoplait coupons this week, said that I already had e-coupons loaded for them (I had forgotten about any Yoplait e's). I got home and looked at my receipt and there was only ONE e-coupon that came off, but the register wouldn't take any of my paper coupons. :( So I saved .40 instead of $2.80. I can understand not being able to use one of them, but all three? Didn't make sense to me. I've gotta remember not to load e's for stuff that I regularly have a coupon for.

it is best just not to load an ecoupon if you have a regular coupon for them. for some reason their registers will not allow an ecoupon on one item and then manufacturers (like your case) on the other 2 items.
