Prizes will be awarded daily. There will be three hundred and twenty-six (326) random, computer-generated winning times during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Sweepstakes at or after one of the randomly-generated times, you will be a potential instant winner of either a Grand Prize or a First Prize, as indicated. Limit one Grand Prize per consumer.

7. Prizes/Odds: Sponsor will award 2 Grand Prizes and 324 First (or Daily) Prizes. Grand Prize is a 3-day, 2-night trip for two (2) to view the 2012 Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway, in February 2012 (the "Event"). Trip includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) persons between a major airport near winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor or its authorized agent in its sole discretion) and Daytona, Florida; single room/double occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) nights; two (2) tickets to the Event, on the date established by NASCAR; $300 check, one (1) pit and garage tour for winner and guest; and RV accommodations in the infield during the Event. (Approximate Retail Value: $5,980). Any differences between the stated value and the actual value of a prize will not be awarded. First (or Daily) Prize consists of one of three (3) prizes, allocated in Sponsor's discretion. Prize packages are: (1) $15 Kroger gift card ($15 value) (2) $35 Kroger gift card ($35 value) or (3) $50 Kroger gift card ($50 value). Sponsor will award 108 of each of the First Prize packages. Winner is responsible for all ground transportation, expenses, fees, and taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use, including sales tax, luxury tax, federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Sweepstakes plays divided by the number of prizes available. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or postponement of the Event. In the event that the Event is postponed or cancelled, including, but not limited to, because of weather, Sponsor will not be responsible for awarding that portion of the prize and no substitution or compensation will be provided. The remainder of the prize package will be awarded. Winner must be available to travel on dates set by Sponsor based on the scheduling of the Event by NASCAR, or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner. If Grand Prize winner cannot travel to the Event for any reason whatsoever after all travel arrangements are made, winner will forfeit prize and Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, award the prize to an alternate winner. Travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age or older as of May 31, 2011. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. All meals, gratuities, rental car fees and other expenses (including ground transportation between residence and airport and between hotel and Event) not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Prizes are nontransferable.
