Is anyone in the Little Rock area not getting their RedPlum coupons in the mail?? Mine has been missing for WEEKS now and I'm really frustrated. I looked on the RP website, did a search on my address, and it said that RP is not available in my area. It used to come every week, so what's the deal?

I'm not in LR, but Memphis didn't have a Red Plum insert come this week. I saw on another board that there isn't one for this week, so that explains this week at least!

I've been having the same problem too! I thought it was just me. I've tried calling Red Plum and I have not been able to talk to a real person-- just recording after recording. I thought it might be in issue with my post office, so I emailed my postmaster and I received a response the same week (last week) with an apology and the Red Plum insert from that week. Then all of a sudden this week I didn't receive any inserts again, so at this point I'm not sure what to do. I would recommend you sign up for their mailing list through their website. It takes about 5-8 weeks for your request to go through,but hopefully that will fix the problem. :shrug7:
