Is it just me, or is this week's ad just SOOOO not exciting?

But! Thanks for doing the ad/matchups, Rebecca. Reps to you!

I want to get in on the Post cereal deal soooooo badly, but so far my store doesn't have the Pecan Bunches and will not accept any IP's (internet printed coupons) over $1.00!

It might be a good time to do the Kellogg's $10 Toy Cash Voucher depending upon whether or not your store has the specially marked Toy Cash packages and what the regular price is for the B1G1 free on the Keebler Club & Townhouse crackers, Chips Deluxe & Pecan Sandies. Check out the details here: http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums...h-keebler.html

I'll get more Pillsbury biscuits this week while they're on sale and the catalina oyno is working. I might get some Dr. Pepper since I have $1/2 12-pack peelies making them 4/$9.

Yeah, I'm not really excited about it either!

But I thought I'd share these. Maybe it will make your trip a bit more fun! Here are some unadvertised freebies I just happened to run into last night at my Kroger. I double-checked the dates on the tags to be sure they're still good through this week's sale for you to get in on (they are, but I didn't write the dates down. I just remember thinking they're still good this week)

Starkist Pouch Tuna $1.00
(there are $1.00/1 IPs out if you got them)

Bumble Bee Premium Tuna Pouch $1.00
(again, there are $1.00/1 IPs)

Mahatma Rice $1.00 - smaller bag
.55/1 coupons from the 8/30 RP, making them free after doubling. I was really excited about these because we're almost out from the last time these were free!

Tabasco Sauce - small bottle
$1.50 (sale is 2/$3.00)
There's .50 IP in the database (doubled to 1.00) plus a .50 shortcuts Q

Enjoy!

Sure! The original recipe is for bran muffins (using Raisin Bran) but I make it using whatever kind of cereal I have on hand that sounds good at the time, and add blueberries or strawberries or mashed bananas or chocolate chips or dried cranberries or.....well, pretty much whatever you want.

Cereal Muffins

3 cups flake cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1/3 cup oil**
1 1/4 cup flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar

Pour milk over cereal in large bowl, let set for a couple of minutes. Add egg and oil, mix well. Add all dry ingredients, mix just until moistened. (If adding extras, add them now**.) Fill muffin cups just below full, and bake at 350 for about 20 to 25 minutes, until done.

**If I'm adding a mashed banana (goes really well with chocolate chips) then I drop the oil to 1/4 cup and add the banana with the wet ingredients.

Thanks! I just bid on some Mahatma coupons on eBay. Free rice would definitely make my week!

These have been my favorite deals too! One more deal that was reported on AFC I think. Kikkoman soy sauce is on sale for $1.49. There are .55 peelies on the bottle. .39 for a bottle of soy sauce is a pretty great price! It also has a very long shelf life - mine have exp dates in 2012. Good item to really stock up on while it's so cheap.

Oooh, thanks for the head's up on the Kikkoman!

Are the Fruit20s the single bottles or the packs? I looked for this deal at my Kroger and the packages weren't on sale. I don't think my Kroger sells them individually.

I am glad to read that $4 ONYO is working in our region. I was planning on stocking up on boxes of cereal for our church program and the $4 extra makes the deal even sweeter.

Does anyone have a full listing of what products are included in the cereal/bars deal? Is it all the Fiber One bars? Which Post cereals are included?
