Thank you bethanyblair..I totally overlooked it. Actually I still had trouble finding it in my ad even after you pointed it out. Eventually, though, I found the little box.

I can see that the deal includes Cocoa Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Trix, but does anyone know if other cereals are included? I'd rather get my coupons together before leaving the house instead of planning everything out while standing in the aisle. Thanks!

Editting to add that I went to Kroger yesterday and found that the only additional cereal included in the deal for me was Multi-Grain Cheerios.

Ok..so I went and did the fruit snack deal and (after a little bit of extra work) it went better than expected! I got..

The cost of the fruit snacks did not automatically come off my receipt. I had to go to the customer service desk and get a refund, which I got with no problem. Then..I got home and realized that I had cellfire coupons for the Cinnamon Toast Crunch for $0.50 and the Fiber One Bars for $0.50 that didn't come off. I've emailed them asking for those to be creditted to my card. After that's taken care of I will have ended up spending $1.02 for cereal, 2 Fiber Ones, and 2 Fruit Snacks.

Could someone explain this deal to me?

Kroger's Cokes are "on sale" 4/$5. That's $1.25 each. There are hang tags on some of the Coke products that read: "Free 2 Liter Bottle when you buy 4 with this coupon."

So . . . does that mean, you buy 4, you get a 5th one for free? Or does it mean you buy 4, and you get one of THOSE free?

And why, exactly, is this considered a good deal? Even if it is the latter, the 2 liters are STILL $.93 each.

Big K's are always $.69 each (that's what my family usually drinks).
