I've copied over the MEGA DEAL items from last week as well as all the match ups in the WIKI that carried over from last week's ad!! So we have all the info for this week...HERE!!

So we have a MEGA DEAL sale! And it is an okay one from what I see so far. But the things that jump out at me this time around I have to say aren't as awesome as before given the new coupon rules With that said, I'm not too depressed. I do see a few. And I will of course complete the list as soon as I get the entire list. I would LOVE it if people would add prices as they get them.

I will BOLD the ones I think are decent deals!! I will do my best to get match-ups going. If you see a good deal and want to post it...remember we have the WIKI just for that!

So why would you want to post these new two weeks for the MEGA DEAL? That's a GREAT QUESTION!! I'm going to be choosing from all the posts that have a price or a deal in them randomly for a Kroger Gift Card. If we have just a few posts it will be a small gift card...as the posts increase...so will the value of the gift card. So...it will be UP TO YOU GUYS! If you want a BIG gift card (trust me...I'm willing to go there...I'm part of diaper panels ) then, post away. If no one offers anything...well then...that's more kroger cards for me

So the basic rules:
1) 1 chance for each post either a price not already listed in the original post or a deal (deal = taking a price listed and combining a coupon you know about or find in the database and showing the math)
2) if you post a deal WITH a price that's NOT included in this post...then you will get 2 chances.
3) for every price/deal you list you will get an extra chance in the pot. So if you post 15 deals and 15 prices then you will get 30 chances in the pot.

To get credit you need to post to the thread AND post to the WIKI (make sure to give yourself credit!)

Kandoo kids hand soap pump was on sale for $1.49 today. There was a 50/1 manufacturer coupon (not sure when or what insert I got it from) but it makes the soap .49! This was not a mega item. It just happened to be on sale at my store.

I made a quick(ish) run to the Ferguson rd store this afternoon, the Dr Pepper 2 liters do not say that they're mega-sale - they do have a regular sale tag, showing them at $1.49, down from $1.89 - but they counted towards my mega items, and show the 50cents off, so they're legit.

I also got a cat from kleenex - buy 5, get $1.00, 6 get $1.50, 7+ get $2.00

So... it seems like the best deal using the .50/3 would be in groups of 6 (while still hitting your 10 total mega)

.99 X 6 = 5.94
-.50/3 Q (doubled) = 3.94
- 1.50 oyno = 2.44 ($0.40/box)

Doing 7 or 9, with 2 or 3 Qs, and the higher cat, only moves the final to 42 and 43 cents a box - I know I'm running out of things to fill up groups of 10, and still want a lot more tissues.

bugg, just came to post about the cat. I have been buying the Kleenex in groups of six boxes/transaction and then rolling the cats. With the coupon use restrictions I haven't been able to use up all my coupons yet but I also didn't trade for many knowing how many trips I was going to need to make to not shelf clear and meet the coupon use restrictions. Last year I got this deal at Meijer and was sooo excited. We are ALL sick over here and on week two for many of us. I think I have opened more than ten boxes of tissues these past two weeks. it's crazy!!!

Halloween now 90% off at my store!! I got a 33 cent bag of Nerds for stocking stuffers. They have those cute pumpkin foil pans (pack of them) for $0.40 at my store and the twisty straws for $0.10.
