Did anyone go to the Harper's Point store grand opening?

I sent my dh over as he needed to leave here early this a.m. He couldn't get there until 8 or so but I was hoping maybe there would still be $10GC's left. He didn't even park. He said that the lot was full, there were cops directing traffic and there was a huge sign that said "line starts here" on the front of the store. Whoa! I'm curious if anyone got there early and went in.

I drive past there multiple times per week because it is close to ds' preschool. They still had traffic cops even in the late afternoon. Craziness!

My ds and I went later in the morning yesterday, about 11am. There were a lot of people, but it was easy to find a place to park. They had a LOT of people around to help. We did not have to wait in line at all for checkout. It is just beautiful. There is a very large organic area. We just got some of the mega sale goodies.

Some of the people who work @ my Kroger in Montgomery came up to help with the opening. One of them said the line was all the way around the building when they opened and they ran out of gift cards pretty quickly.
