Questions about the gas rebate program

I'm trying to find this info for my SIL. I have no Kroger's nearby. I read through the info on their site and still have a question.

It says you get 10 cents off a gallon when you spend $100 -- is this total before or after coupons?

She said it was after coupons, but I could not find confirmation on their site. I have a store here in IL that does a similar program and the total is BEFORE coupons, which is nice.

TIA. She is CLUELESS about coupons/savings and needs things spelled out for her. I'm trying my best to get her started. It's like a half-finished project I pick up every 6 months or so, lol.

And the amount you spend accumulates for the month (spend $20 today, $50 next week and all count towards the $100). If you spend $200 for the month then you get 2 discounts of 10 cents each (buy gas 2 times).

Thanks! Thought of one more...are points cumulative, or do you need to make at least $100 purchase in one go to get the discount?

actually, you can save up to $1 a time. During the mega i bought over $3000 worth of stuff (all b/c) spent roughly $150 or so OOP and got 3 $1 off fillups

So say ur sil spends $1000 a month. She will get $1.00 a gallon of gas (up to 20 gallons i think? i could be mistaken i know Biggs is 20 gal limit)

It is cumulative before coupon totals. For Shell, however, they can only do 10cent discount at a time.
