    Thumbs Up Post of Appreciation

As I purchased my 30th bottle (in two days) of V8 Fusion juice tonight I smiled and thought about Cecismom and Manders13 and all their hard work on the Kroger section (and other sections, too) at HCW.

I met them and some others last year at a coupon swap and have been reading and mostly lurking on the Kroger thread off and on over the last year.

They have given me the wherewithall to stockpile in bigger numbers than I ever had in the past and I am seeing the benefit of doing so. This month I finally feel like I am really "getting it", with Kroger, CVS, and other stores. My weekly grocery bill has gone down. I no longer feel weird about buying 40 boxes of Kleenex or 12 packages of Cottonelle. Or buying things I don't use or need so I can get the deals on things that I do need and use. And I am happy to have more things to donate, too.

I learned it here and I learned a lot from those two in particular. I appreciate all the help that Cecismom and Manders13 give and give and give! You two rock!!

There are many who contribute to the Kroger section, and a big thank you to you as well, but with this new sorta-mega sale, once again, it's Cecismom and Manders 13 who are bringing us a lot of good scoop.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now, excuse me while I work on stockpiling some more Electrasol.

Why I've been getting the 20 packs of Cottonelle and Soyjoys at CVS! Surprised I didn't see you, too! I stumbled into their bonus days stuff last year and was behind the curve. This year I was much better prepared for it. I can do CVS scenarios on the fly now. Last year I had to go sit in the pharmacy area and work out all the deals.

Now it's Wags that hurts my brain...trying to remember all the IVC's and to have the right number of items so I can use the RR coupons. And trying to remember which stores are not RR friendly. Maybe in another few months it will get easier there, too, but I don't do Wags that much. Just a few key items, like the Planters peanuts last week. :)

I've been telling coupon friendly peeps in Krogers and CVS about HCW. Maybe you have some new lurkers :).

I do think of you often as I am stockpiling away! Take care!

What a great idea for a post! I second lakies "Post of Appreciation". I lurk all the time and can't even begin to add up all that I've saved because of their hard work. My 2010 goal is to post more and share any deals I find along the way.

Hey Manders13, I understand that you frequent stores on the west side of town. I can regularly be found at the Kroger and Meijers on Harrison Ave. in Dent or the Kroger in Monfort Heights. Keep an eye out for me...I'm the old broad with a big black coupon binder driving a yellow Mustang with tinted windows!

Of course I have to add my thanks to the list! I am jealous of lakies Cottonelle find but I too have been blessed by your couponing expertise and all the many countless hours spent doing matchups and supervising our unruly selves on the forum. =)

I'm mainly a lurker, too, but I echo the OP's sentiments. Thanks a bunch to everyone who contributes

I completely agree with the OP. This forum has saved me a bundle and is esp. great with the mega sales. Thanks for all the hard under appreciated work.
