FYI- Both Kroger i went to did NOT print the $5 OYNO, so i am going to have to call


I'm not saying it WONT print for you, but it didnt print for me, i think their system was down to be honest.

Just got off the phone with catalina place,

talk about customer service!!

Not only was she AWESOME! she told me why my OYNO didnt print,


Kind of hard to print of if they have the machines un plugged!!


Grr! so in 12-15 weeks my OYNO will show up.

She was able to go in and tell me what register i was at before even giving her reciept info. They can tell what machines are having problems. Pretty cool i think!!

I have some hope manders that you will get them sooner. I have unfortunately had to call Catalina at least 8 times and usually I get my cats within a week or two. I have had similar problems--one time the catalina printer was not on, one time out of paper, one time the whole cat system was down. It is frustrating when they don't print! Especially when you have planned out a scenario based on having them.
