Kroger (Cincinnati) ~ Question: Not Accepting Printables

My local Kroger in Cincinnati no longer accepts printed coupons. Are there any that do?

not really much you can do. you can complain and go higher but the manager of that store has the right to decide what coupons they take. only 2 of the 6 around me take them and I'm shocked that they started.

Maineville 48 Kroger still takes them- at least when I was there last week...

Their official written policy allows for them, it is above in the stickies. Ask to speak to the manager, and also email customer service. They pulled that on me about 2 years ago at Maineville, I called the manager and complained to corporate, turns out is was just a big training problem. Sometimes complaining is a waste of time, but not here.

It's the Kroger by Corryville. The manager said too many people make fake coupons so they're a no go now.

I emailed customer service when it happened two weeks ago and they still haven't responded or anything of the like. I've just accepted that they don't care either way. I'm hoping the Spring Grove Kroger still takes them though.

In my experience it is unusual for customer service not to respond to an email..when I have had an issue they usually respond within 24 hours. Try emailing them again.

My local stores still taken them, Hamilton Rt 4 and Liberty Township as an FYI

I re-emailed them about it the other night--still no response. It feels too far now since it was two weeks ago.

Looks like Spring Grove doesn't either, nor does the one in further downtown on Vine. I just feel like I've wasted so much of my time now. I have all these printable coupons and all these match up's planned but now I have to use the money in gas that I would have saved just to use them.

I guess I'll just use Kroger for 'extra' food items now and get everything I really need from the Foodstore. Two weeks ago, I had to spend a whole months budget because they weren't accepting printables (didn't mention it until after checkout was over) and it was all food that we need. Now, every Kroger we can get to easily doesn't.

I just don't understand how I can print coupons on their website...but can't use them at the store.

This is why I just plain don't deal with printables. Anywhere.

When I was at my local Krogers last weekend, the check out lady said that as far as coupons go Krogers is the most strict in her opinion. I told her I just try to play by the rules, and I ***ALWAYS*** make it a point to thank my cashier wherever I go for their patience with my coupons. :)
