Half empty Pepsi can products!

Strangest thing.... several cans of Pepsi products are half empty. No apparent leaks & still sealed, yet not full. Daughter had some too & we each purchased from diff stores, etc. Anyone else experiencing this??

Yes. Found similar situation when a couple cans leaked all over my basement floor. The cans were still sealed, so I opened them, and filled with water...sure enough, there appeared to be a pin size leak near the last couple digits of the UPC code. Water was slowly trickling out. I emailed Pepsi and they asked for certain information (date on bottom of can, store & location where purchased, etc.) Ultimately, they sent me a couple coupons for a free 12-pack.

I've seen this happen with other kinds of pop before, and it had fermented inside the can.

I had something similar with Coke .I was putting them in the fridge ,got to the last one and it was light .It was still sealed no apparent leaks or anything .I called the 800 number she said to open it .I opened it and it was empty .They sent me coupons for replacement .

This has happened to me before also--usually there was a very small pinhole sized leak on the bottom of the can that was hard to see (like others mentioned). I have never had any empty cans that didn't obviously leak like lurkergirl. That would be interesting though!
