Hi there! Ran into my first nasty-coupon-queen last week. Here's what happened...
I shopped at another Kroger and purchased an item that was on sale as a Buy One Get One Free. I had two coupons for these two items. At the first Kroger, they allowed me to use two coupons toward my purchase because, as they noted, I was buying two items. And as the customer service rep added, they are getting paid back for the coupons so there was no loss.

I did this again at the Ferguson Kroger last Sunday and, rather loudly, was told that I was not allowed to use two coupons for $.55 each on a Buy One Get One Free promotion. I explained that I had done this previously and what the other Kroger had told me and the cashier said 'well everyone else did it wrong - you can't do that because we don't get paid and they all did it wrong.' Our discussion continued a bit longer but it was Sunday, there were alot of people behind me and I don't like to cause a scene.

But here's my question - what is Kroger's policy on this? And is there a place I can print out their policy to take it in (if in fact they do allow 2 coupons for a BOGO promotion). Thanks so much!!!

You were correct. This thread has a lot of q and a that came from Kroger's corporate coupon expert.

"When it comes to buy one get one deals, how does that work in this situation?
Example: You have heinz vinager 16.oz on sale buy one get one free. I have 2 coupons. 1$/1 16oz Hinz Vinager can i use both?
If i had a BOGO coupon can i use that and get both items free?

Answer: Yes! You CAN use 2 coupons on BOGO items, if you want to use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO deal you can but you can NOT use any other coupons on it."

My question is a variation on the one quoted above:

I have 4 q's:
(2) BOGO
(2) TMF

Can I combine one of each coupon to get all four items free? In other words, the TMF would cover the 1st item, and the BOGO would cover the second. Do this two times, and all 4 are free. Would this fly at Kroger?

This is a YMMV situation. It depends on the particular wording.

Hopefully this thread will help. In a nutshell, if you buy the lavender and vanilla scented oil warmer at 4.49, you get a 4.00 OYNO cat back. It is a moneymaker if you pair it with the recent BOGO Glade Scented oil warmer coupon....so you pay 4.49 plus tax for 2 warmers, and get 8.00 back in OYNO. HTH!

Ok, so this is the 2nd place I've heard that you can use 2 q's at Kroger when Kroger is running a BOGO sale. However, I called my local Kroger store and they told me 'no'. Then, I emailed Kroger off of their website to ask and I recieved a call back and they also told me 'no'. Is there anywhere I can go to get a print out of this policy so that I can take it to my store to show them?
Thanks!

I have a question on the shortcuts coupons you load onto your Kroger card. Sometimes I have a coupon that is for the same thing and I want to use that and have it doubled, but I think the shortcuts coupons pull off of your card automatically. When I used my card yesterday I forgot that I had some shortcuts loaded on for some items I was buying and I used my coupons. I am not sure what happened exactly but I got an email today from Shortcuts saying i had used two of their coupons yesterday. So I am confused. I wouldn't think you can use both??

Also, just FYI but the Landen Kroger said no to me using a coupon with "Meijer" printed on it even though it said "manufacturer coupon" and nowhere did it say it was only good at Meijer. Bummer.
