I've had no problems, yet. I usually don't have more than four alike anyway.

I havent heard this at the stores I shop (Fairfield, Hamilton, Liberty Fairfield) They always take all my q's (but then again I dont usual use more than 4 like) but I will say that I do sometimes get really mad when I go in the first day of a sale to get a bargain and someone has been greedy and taken it all..come on folks...didnt you learn to share in kindergarten? I think this is why their going to this policy..not because they dont want to honor the q's or for people to get a deal but when 50 people are mad because 1 person bought it all..and lets face it..you get mad often enough you'll shop somewhere else.

Very well said! I am not a big fan of shelf clearing either...

I live in NKY and our Kroger doesn't limit coupons (yet) and I hope that they don't. I don't shop at Remkes for that very reason. You can only use one coupon for it to double - any additional like item with coupon will be at face value.

Our Meijer limits it to 2 like coupons that will double so on days when I have several coupons and there is a big sale on an item we make it a family affair and DH comes along too. We each get 2 of the applicable items and go into separate lines.

The Remke's that I shop at doubles unlimited coupons, unless something has changed in the last couple of weeks.

When I go to Meijer with more than 2 coupons that need to be doubled, I go to the self checkout and do multiple transactions.

I really hope Kroger doesn't start limiting.

None of us are but some people are greedy.

Its sad that one or a few people COULD ruin it for all of us.

i did get one thing accomplished while i was gone for 3 days LOL

Talked to a friend who works in coporate, as of right now- If your told that they DONT double unlimited q's (And u live in cincy) please call corp.

They double unlimited period. BUT as i have said time and time again, they CAN limit quantities....

IMO they need to start enforcin this

In AZ I heard this for the first time this week - the cashier told me a limit of 3.

I went to the Kroger In Florence today and did not have a pleasant experience. I normally shop at the Burlington Kroger but was out running errands near the Florence Kroger so I ran in. This was my first and last time there!

They wouldn't take any printable coupons that "beeped" if they needed to type the code in I was told they wouldn't take it. I found that out after the cashier handed me coupons back and said she couldn't take them. I then had her remove those items that she wouldn't key punch the codes in from my bags and remove from my total. Also, she would only taking 2 coupons. I bought 4 of the same items and had 4 coupons she said she could only take 2 - I told her to take the other 2 items off my bill and out of my bag.

I asked the the cashier why I could use unlimited quantities of coupons at Burlington and why the Burlington cashiers would key in the coupons when they didn't scan....her response was a shrug.

Anyone else have this experience in Florence?

I totally agree. In Cincy there is so many Krogers there is no reason to clear the shelves.

I go to seven different Krogers in my area so I can spread it out. Plus, I go to the Y four days a week and drive right by two Krogers so it makes it pretty easy so do.

You know, I have probably seen you since we go to all the same places! I belong to the Y, and shop Maineville and Landen Kroger a lot. Also the CVS's nearby! Lol!
