I have been in touch with manders, she has called 5 stores and they all have said "NO" on the businesses type giftcards purchased with kroger giftcards. So, i guess my advice is to just take it with a grain of salt. the deal is ymmv. the giftcards may not say it excludes them, but why would you want to feel like you had to sneak around the managers to get this deal past them. Just seems stupid to me. after all its only $30 extra per $300 your getting. it's not THAT big of a deal, seeing as how much we Save with coupons and legit deals already. Sheesh. not worth arguing over. There are better things in life to worry about, right?

I will have an answer tommorrow on this issue. As for the coupon uses- the rules are stated on the sticky thread. Please everyone follow them. This isnt an up in the air issue on the coupons. Those are set in stone period.

as allowed by law- Mandy i will call in the morning. They are closed on the weekends. I had already read that before i called the stores. Now i am going to please ask this is not discussed any more untill i can get the answer from coporate on this policy.

Think of it this way: Why would krogers, give you an extra 30 dollars per whatever amount to spend in ANOTHER store? THey don't get that money back. they are expecting you to spend all that amount in krogers.

If anymore of buying giftcards with a Krogers giftcard is discussed i will have to issue a warning to the party. I can't magically make corp open today to answer the question. It easily could be a YMMV. But i want to make 100% sure no one is doing something illegal or that anyone gets into trouble.
