You would probably want to look at Indiana/Illinois aka "Central". They are a couple of days ahead (and several behind). Some of the deals will be the ones you just had, while others will be "coming up."

Also, for anyone that can't find their region easily -- go to the Kroger website and pull up the weekly ad for your store. Then look at the web address -- the first word is your region.

Does this include Fred Meyer in the Pacific Northwest? They're a Kroger store, right?

Yep, Fred Meyer is a Kroger store (checked on the Kroger main Website).

FYI: In Phoenix, AZ the Fry's (Kroger) sales run from Wed to Tues as well. Such an odd sales cycle!
