This must be tied to your Kroger card and your coupon use, somehow. I've had the same Kroger card for years and never got Kroger coupons until I started REALLY using mfg coupons back in May of this year. In the past couple of months, I've gotten 3 mailings, including one today. So, it seems that they send out the coupons based on your coupon use and, of course, what you tend to buy.
As I was opening mine today, I thought, "if they give me coupons for tuna or Campbell's soup, I think I'll scream! But, I guess they assume that I have PLENTY to last us for a while. HTH

Got mine in the mail yesterday too. There's a note on the front saying that only one in five Kroger card members receive the mailings based on how much you 'spend' there. I never got anything from them until I started using coupons in January.

Kroger has suddenly decided I'm one of their "very best customers" and sent me a great set of coupons.

$20 "credit" to use on groceries for each of up to 3 new or transferred prescriptions

There was a neat thing on the little blurb before the coupons (I usually don't even read them, instead it's more like COUPONS! hehe) Anyways, it said at one point "...You're one of the special few-about one in five customers- who get this exclusive Thank You mailing around four times a year..."

My friend got a packet of coupons too. She gave me the ones she won't use (I'm not complaining!!)

There were some $ off WYB dairy (minus cheese and milk) and $ off frozen (minus ice cream and novelties) that she kept. And other various coupons (for Puffs, Private Selection items, etc.)

$1 off any 2 Lender's frozen or refrigerated bagels

$1 on any Kraft cheese WYB one package of Ritz crackers

$2 on any Herbal Essences

$1 on any Tyson frozen boxed items or Anytizer



**DH and I never get these, but my folks do (and give me their extras too). It seems like they get them about every quarter.**

So I emailed the Kroger website, just got an answer back that they're forwarding me on to a regional manager or something, and to wait some more to hear back from them.

Yesterday, I received a packet of coupons from Kroger. They all expire 12/30. I was super excited b/c I've never received any from them before. The letter said that only 1 in 5 plus card holders would received them.

Anyone else get these?

No- thought my friend did, and several others here have mentioned receiving them. Nobody has mentioned the "1 in 5" thing, though. Maybe that's why I didn't get any. I was so upset about not having received any coupons that I emailed corporate, and was told they'd rectify the situation. Maybe I will get some coupons after all, LOL! I need a turkey for my kids! (and wish it could be a live one!)

Here is what the letter said:

Funny thing is that half the coupons aren't even things I've purchased at Kroger!! There were two on there that do correspond with my previous purchases, but that is it!
