Catalina question

I just received my 1st Catalina from Kroger today - it is a "Save $2 on any 5 General Mills cereal." and has manufacturer cpn at the top with the Kroger label on the right.

My question is - am I able to stack another cereal coupon on top of that or not (because it says manufacturer cpn on it)?

No, since it is a manufacturer coupon you would not be able to stack it with another manufacturer coupon.
