Does anyone know what kroger region WV is? Also if anyone is familiar with their coupon policies in WV? Is Krogers the only store that doubles? Does IGA double? Policy? I am sorry brand new here!

Thank You. I live right outside of Charleston. We Don't have a Giant eagle. I wish we did. Krogers is the only store I know of around here that doubles and sometimes triples

Kroger is the only one that doubles. Their coupon policy depends on the day, the store, and the attitude of the cashier. I find it to be constantly changing.

You are close...I am in St. Albans. There are a couple more who are close....we should have a meet and greet sometime.
