How can I sign up for a Kroger Plus Card?

Kroger Plus Card applications are readily available at the store. Signing up is very simple, takes less than a minute, and it’s FREE. Stop by the customer service desk before you begin shopping and ask for a shopper card application. Your savings will begin on that very trip. You can also apply for a new card online.



Will Kroger sell my personal information?

We value your trust and privacy. The data gathered from your use of the Kroger Plus Card is used solely by the Kroger Co. to reward loyal shoppers with special check lane rewards and to provide mailings and coupons in accordance with shopping habits. The information is also used to modify store design and product offerings to improve your shopping experience at Kroger. The Kroger Co. recognizes that privacy is very important to our customers and we pledge to protect the security and privacy of any personal information customers provide to us. If I lose my Kroger Plus Card, can anyone get my personal information?

Kroger has established a strong commitment to protecting our customers' privacy. Your information is not kept on-hand at the store. In fact, only a few individuals within the Kroger organization have access to your information.



Why are some deductions shown on the receipt directly after the item is scanned and other deductions

Only items with a limit as to the number you can purchase or Buy One-Get One sale items are deducted at the end. All Buy One-Get One and limit items are calculated completely on final amount due. Other deductions are taken directly after the item is scanned and a Shopper's Card is presented.



How do I get entered in sweepstakes?

Rules and regulations are available in store at the customer service center explaining how to get entered in available sweepstakes. You are automatically entered into many sweepstakes each time your Kroger Plus Card is scanned. You may also mail in entries to designated addresses to enter sweepstakes.



Why can’t the cashier scan a card for me if I forget my Kroger Plus Card?

Card integrity is very important to us and scanning a card that has not been issued to an individual would compromise that integrity. If you forget your card, you can enter the phone number you provided when you applied for your current shopper card (area code + 7 digits). This number is your personal pin linked to your Kroger Plus Card number. If this does not work, save your receipt which shows what you could have saved. Next time you come in with your Kroger Plus Card, visit the service desk for a refund of the savings amount. Also, give the service desk associate your current card ID and home phone number. He or she can contact the regional loyalty department to activate your personal pin for your next visit.



How many points do I have on my Kroger Plus Card?

Points are only tallied during a specified promotion. Check your receipt tape often, as many programs provide to-date points earned at the bottom. New promotions and explanations are also often communicated through the receipt tape. You can also view your card information online once you have securely registered. Always see a service desk representative if you need assistance. We are glad to serve you.



What are the points accumulating at the bottom of my receipt?

The points you see accumulating on your receipt are for various promotions that we offer throughout the year. You earn one (1) point for each dollar spent. The current promotion should be stated on your receipt. If not, please call the toll-free number on the back of your card.



I’ve lost my card. How can I get a new one?

Just stop by any store and visit the service desk. Fill out a new/replacement card application form with your name and address. You will get a new card and two new key tags. This new card will be linked to your household, based on your name and address. The new information will take precedence in our system, and all of your previously collected points will be forwarded to your new card. If your card was stolen, let a service desk associate know so he or she can inform your regional loyalty department to update its records on your stolen card.



My address has changed. Do I need to get a new card?

No. You do not need a new card. See the store service desk to provide your new address, phone number and email. When the form is processed, all cards in your household will be updated with the new address. You can also update address information online.



I found a set of keys with a Kroger Plus Card attached. How can I contact the owner?

Kroger returns thousands of lost keys to customers weekly. It is with genuine concern for another individual that you would want to personally return lost keys to the owner. While we understand this feeling, we value the privacy of our customers. Therefore, we cannot reveal information about the owner of the keys. Please drop keys off at any local store. A service desk associate will quickly work with the regional loyalty department to return the keys to their proper owner. If this is not convenient for you, please place the entire set of keys in a U.S. mailbox. The keys will be mailed to a Kroger division office in two to five weeks, and then mailed to the owner. We know that our customer appreciates your kindness.

How Can I Change My Mailing Address?

Top Questions How much does Cellfire cost? The Cellfire service is free, however, using Cellfire on your mobile phone requires access to the internet. There are no extra fees with unlimited data plans. With 'pay as you go' plans, there are nominal carrier charges. Check with your carrier for more info.

Where can I use Cellfire? Cellfire is available everywhere across the United States. Coupons will vary with location and merchant. See Deals for more information.

Are Cellfire coupons for a particular merchant accepted at all store locations? To check which merchant stores accept Cellfire coupons in your area, go to the Deals page and click on the merchant logo to view the Merchant's Details page. Store locations will be listed there.

How often are coupons updated? Cellfire offers are updated every other Tuesday (5.19.2009, then 6.2.2009, 6.16.2009, etc.). We are adding new merchants and stores all the time. Check back frequently to see the new ones in your area.

How do I use Cellfire coupons? Cellfire offers two different kinds of coupons. Grocery coupons get saved directly to your grocery store savings cards. Your coupons are automatically redeemed when you use your card at checkout! With mobile coupons, you use our mobile app to show a coupon code to the cashier to get your discount.




I tried to use a Cellfire grocery coupon, but did not receive my discount. Why? The coupon may have failed for the following reasons.
  • The product(s) you purchased did not meet the terms described in the coupon details.
  • The coupon had expired.

How do I change my information if I made a mistake? Simply contact our friendly Cellfire support and they can make any changes to your account information.

When I try to register, Cellfire informs me that my phone number is not a valid cell phone number. Why? Sometimes our number lookup does not reflect recent changes in phone numbers. If this happens, you can text "DIP" to 22888 and then try registering again after 3 minutes. If you continue to have trouble, contact Cellfire support to resolve this issue.

When I try to register, Cellfire informs me that my phone number is already in use, but this is my first time signing up. Why? Occasionally, a phone number will be registered accidentally by another user. If this is your number, contact Cellfire support and they will be happy to help you.

I sent a text message to 22888 to register, but why haven't I received anything back? Sometimes text messages take a while to be delivered. You can always try requesting it again. However, some carriers we do not support yet with SMS messaging.

I received a text message with a "link." How do I click on it? Depending on your phone, you will have a menu or options button when you're reading your message. To activate or "follow" the link, use the appropriate option, usually something like Go To URL, Go To, Open, Download, Load, or Retrieve.

Can I register for Cellfire with a home phone number? No, Cellfire requires a valid cell phone number to create an account.

Using Cellfire I am unable to login. How I can check my password? Please contact Cellfire support to access your account again.

Offers that I've saved to my Saved Offers list keep disappearing. Where did they go? Saved offers will be deleted if 1) they expire or 2) if all the views are used.

I used a text message to save an offer and it did not show up on my phone. Occasionally, text messages don't arrive at our server. If you did not receive a confirmation text message to your phone, our server did not receive your first message. Please try again or use our web site to browse and save offers to your phone.

Why are there so few coupons in my area? Try changing your zip code on the Deals page to match locations where you frequent. Cellfire is accepted at over 10,000 retail locations nationwide. My family shares one card. Can we all use it with Cellfire? Unfortunately, you cannot share a saving card across multiple Cellfire accounts.

My wife and I have different cards, but it seems that offers are saved to both cards at once. Why is this happening? Sometimes grocery stores combine multiple cards in a household to one household account. Cellfire offers will be saved to both cards and a redemption with one card will prevent usage of the offer with the other card. You'll have to manage offers saved to the cards as one card.

How many grocery coupons can I save to my savings card? There are no limits except if you are using Cellfire with a phone with low memory. For those phones, you will be prompted when Cellfire has no available memory to save new offers.

If the card was entered correctly or you tried to add your card using an alternate number, such as phone number, you'll need to try a different number or get a new card at your grocery store customer support desk. Once our systems have been updated, the offer will be removed from your Saved Offers page.

If I have 2 of the same product and I have 2 Cellfire coupons for that product, can I purchase them both in the same transaction? No, the Cellfire coupon code can only be applied once per product, per transaction. In order to get your discount for the second item, please ask the cashier to ring it up separately.

If I have 2 or more of the same product and I have 2 e-coupons for that product, including a Cellfire coupon, can I purchase them in the same transaction and get my discount? For some grocers, you may only use one e-coupon per product per transaction. In order to get all of your applicable discounts, please ask the cashier to ring up your items in separate transactions.

How can I remember which coupons I saved when I go shopping? Go to My Account and click on your card under "Saved Offers." You card details will appear with a "Print Shopping List" option.

I saved the same coupon to my card twice, but it only shows up once in My Account. Why? Each coupon can only be saved once to one card every two weeks.

I wasn't able to redeem my Shortcuts.com coupons at my store. What happened?

Our participating stores are grouped geographically and your card may only work within a certain region due to limitations with our partner retailers' systems. If you are unable to redeem coupons at your favorite store, follow these two simple steps: 1. Go to My Profile and change your zip code to the zip code of your favorite store. 2. Go to My Cards, delete your store card, and re-add your store card.
Do I have to print my coupons to use them at the store?

No, you do not have to print anything in order to redeem Shortcuts.com coupons. Simply present your store card at checkout and your savings will be automatically subtracted from your total bill! Of course, it is a good idea to print out a shopping list as a reminder of which coupons you have stored on your store card.
How do I get credit for a coupon that was not properly redeemed?

Go to the Contact Us page and report the problem within 30 days of your shopping trip using the Customer Care Resolution Form. We will treat your inquiry as a priority until it is resolved.
What is Shortcuts.com Cash?

Shortcuts.com Cash are special coupons that are provided by Shortcuts.com for various promotional or customer service needs. They will appear in the My Coupons page and work just like other Shortcuts.com coupons. Once added to your store card(s), the specified amount will be deducted from your total grocery bill at checkout. Each Shortcuts.com Cash coupon can be used for a single item of equal or greater value than the coupon and cannot be combined with other Shortcuts.com promotions. Shortcuts.com Cash coupons expire 60 days from the date of issue, and are automatically redeemed on your next shopping trip.

How do I know I've gotten credit for a coupon?

There are a three ways you can check to see if you've received credit for a coupon.

1. Your store receipt will show redemption of your Shortcuts.com coupons.
2. All coupons are listed under My Coupons. Simply select the redeemed link to see your savings.
3. You will receive an email receipt of your savings for each shopping trip.
Can I use a coupon more than once?

No. Unless otherwise specified, once you redeem a coupon at one store it cannot be used again.

May I opt out of receiving e-mails in the future?
Yes, you can opt out of receiving future e-mails from P&G Everyday Solutions. The only e-mails you will receive from P&GeSAVER are transactional and they include the initial welcome message, coupons confirmation messages, any error messages related to adding coupons to your card and any replies to customer service or password requests.

How do I get a shopper's card?
Shopper cards can be obtained at any Kroger, Safeway markets or participating Kroger and Safeway retailers (see question below).

The following stores are participating in the promotion:
Kroger, Ralphs, King Soopers, Fry's, Smith's, Dillons, QFC, JayC, City Market, Safeway, Randall's, Tom Thumb, Carr's, Vons, Genuardi's, Dominick's and Pavilions.

Can I remove coupons from my shopper's card without spending them?
No, once coupons have been entered onto your shopper card, they cannot be removed. They need to remain on your card until they expire or you redeem the coupons.


Can I load multiples of a coupon onto my shopper's card?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto your card once.


Can I load the same coupon onto different Shopper cards?
No, each coupon may only be loaded onto one card at a time.


How long does it take until my coupons are active on my card once I enter them?
It takes up to one hour before the coupons are available on your card to redeem at your retail store. The only exception is that in some cases you can use your alternate ID (usually your phone number) instead of your card number. If you use your alternate ID on your first visit to the P&GeSAVER site, after that first visit it, will take up to 24 hours for coupons to be available on your card.


What happens if my discount did not apply when I purchased my product at the store?
If your discount was not applied properly, contact P&GeSAVER customer service for assistance by clicking on the “Help Center” link in the bottom navigation.


How can I view coupons loaded on my shoppers card?
You can click on the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” link and on the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” page, click on the Safeway or Kroger tab to view active, redeemed, and expired coupons.


How do I switch between cards on my coupon page to load offers?
Click on the tabs and this will prompt you to load coupons to the selected card.


Can I print my coupons?
Once you have loaded coupons onto your shopper card, click the “ P&GeSAVER Coupons” link located on the left side of the page. On the “My P&GeSAVER Coupons” page, you can click on the one of the two print shopping list options- full print list or text list and bring the list with you on your next shopping trip.
