Problems loading coupons to Kroger Plus Card

I have not tried loading coupons from the Shortcuts site yet. But I’ve been trying to load coupons from the P&G website for awhile now, and it never works. Whenever I click on the “load coupons to card” link I get a page requesting that I enter my card number, when I do that I get “The retailer card number you provided is already associated with a retailer in your account.” Today I registered my card to a Unilever account at the Making Life Better website, and loaded a coupon from there. Or so I thought; the coupon seemed to load OK but then I get an e-mail telling me that the number that I provided is not for an active shopper’s card. I called Kroger and they know that there is a problem with some of the numbers at the P&G site, but they had no idea that anyone was having problems with the Unilever site. She took my card number and my e-mail address, and said she would have a tech e-mail me with a solution if they find one.
Has anyone else had this problem? Did you get it resolved? If you did, what did you or they do? Also, is the Shortcuts website running smoothly or am I going to have trouble there too?

I have used the website with my card and I have not had any problems at all. I also use the Shortcuts website and I just checked it and mine is working. You don't have problems with your Kroger card when you go to the store?

I don’t have any problems making purchases at the store with my card, just loading e-coupons on it. After countless e-mails and phone calls over the past several months to Kroger and all three websites I finally received a call from a lady in Consumer Affairs at Kroger about 5 days ago, and she was convinced that she had found the problem. For some reason my name and personal information was not entered into the system with my card number when it was entered. She said that she had updated everything and that I was now good to go. I tried loading coupons to my card again today and the same thing happened again. Only this time I didn’t receive the e-mail that there was a problem until after I had left to go shopping, so I lost $2.30. I’ve e-mailed Kroger yet again, but I don’t know when they will get back with me.

yes i have a problem

I load and they are NOT THERE

End up buying stuff that should be free and because these stupid q's don't load

No idea how to fix it. i gave up and said Forget about it....... lol

I have never been abole to use the p&g q's.
I have loaded them multiple times and even gotten confirmation emails saying that they are ready to be used, but what happens when I check out....nothing. They never come off at the register even when they are showing up in my p&g account. I have tried about 4 different times and just gave up too.

I had this problem too.. I contacted P&G through the website and they said they would fix it and load my coupons that didn't go through as well...

The "courtesy" one finally did show up.

And to my surprise, another one I loaded showed up this week on my receipt - I was so happy! It works now!

I had a similar experience and realized that I had two cards - one of the original Kroger Plus cards and one of the newer Kroger Rewards cards. My coupon were being loaded onto one and I was using the other. Since I figured that out - no problem.

I contacted them the first 3 times and each time I was told it would be fixed when I went to use it

Never got fixed and I dont have any other cards so I know its not that.

I was able to redeem an e-coupon for the first time today; it was for Bounty paper towels from the P&G website. The Uniliver site (Making Life Better) has been closed for several weeks now; I guess it doesn’t matter if they got the bugs worked out of their system if they never open it back up. I still need to try the shortcuts coupons from AOL; wish me luck.
