No, you cannot use a paper MC on top of an EC, and the EC will only apply to one item, whereas paper MC can potentially be as many as you have. My guess is because they are often for the exact same amount as the paper version (ie: There is currently a $1/1 4 oz. Crest toothpaste EC; this was also a P&G coupon a few weeks ago). To me, the biggest difference between the two is that a paper coupon will double unless it is a DND, whereas an EC will not. For that reason, if I have the choice between a paper MC and an EC, I deactivate the EC because I will get more money off with my paper MC... unless I'm okay with not doubling the coupon price on one item. I shop at Kroger in Warsaw (45 min away frmo Ft. Wayne) and they only double! might be worth the drive for a good sale!! Isn't there more than one Kroger in Ft. Wayne? Where is the one that triples?

Rochester triples up to 50 cents but they'll only allow 2 like coupons per transaction to triple.
