Kroger (Central) ~ Special Sale: Mega Event coming soon?!? Maybe?!?

Okay folks, I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that we MIGHT get a Mega Event sale beginning 10/29/09.

Let me first say that I have NO official notice/information to verify this, it's just a hunch based on the Kroger cycles and the fact that the Mega Event sales typically make its way around the nation.

For example:
During the weeks of 9/16 - 9/29, the TX/LA Kroger district had a Mega Event Sale (Buy 10, get $5 off your transaction)

During the weeks of 9/17 - 9/30 the Central Kroger district had a Mega Event Sale (Buy 10, get $5 off your transaction)

In the TX/LA forum, there's a thread on their upcoming Mega Event Sale beginning on 10/28, probably running 2 weeks.

Soooo...am I way off to suggest that we'll get the same or similar sale, beginning 10/29/09? Prices may vary of course by region, but I think I'll be pulling/searching some Qs to be ready!

More than likely will will get it then. From what I have seen in the last 2.5yrs is that yes we get these deals on the same ad week as they do we just start ads on different days.


Also like you said prices are usually a little different on some of the products.
