Kroger (Central) ~ Question: Getting doubles over .55 or even triples is is possiable ?

I have noticed that other Kroger stores will sometimes double (like 50 cents becomes a dollar )
Or even triple anything less than .39 cents

Do you think there is some way we can ask the Krogers here to do this ?

I like Schnucks for coupons over .50 cents because I know I am going to get 1.00 .
Not the same at Kroger I only usually use coupons there under .50 cents because I would rather use .55 cents or more at Schnucks .

I would like to know what you all think possiable or not?

I'm guessing that something like this would have to start with a letter to the regional office? I wouldn't get my hopes up too high, but one approach would be to tactfully point out what other stores are doing (Schnuck's doubles higher values, many Kmarts in the area are doing super doubles at least once a month, etc.) - let them know what the competition is doing (in case they don't already know). I'm sure it wouldn't do any good to address it at the store level, at least not at my store - they're pretty grouchy about coupons anyway, so they would probably just laugh if I asked about raising the doubling limit. Contacting corp also usually proves to be pretty fruitless, IMO, so the regional level would be where I would start.

Thanks I will have to see how to go about doing this .My stores so far (knock on wood ) have been super about coupons .
