Kroger Q's in the mail

Today I got Kroger coupons in my mail

Free one bag of Lays or Ruffles chips 8-12 oz.
Free 1 dozen Large eggs

plus 12 other ones

How do I get them? Do I go to Kroger - Home and sign up and I will start receiving stuff or what?? TIA ;)

I don't shop at Kroger on a regular basis...usually once/twice a year.

But I always get q's.
This time I got:
free head of lettuce
free ground coffee
free frittos
and about 15 others (thank goodness the rest are manu q's that I can use elsewhere! =)

OK I read that other people got the Fiber One bars free - which I buy at Kroger ALL THE TIME. But I only got free carrots.
