    QUESTION Raincheck question (kroger)

So I ran in to my Kroger (Hilander) today to get some more of the Dole pineapples and mandarin oranges. Well they were out of the oranges so I went to the CS desk to get a rain check. Well the lady crossed off that it was good for 30days and wrote that it is only good for 7 days from today.

So I was just wondering is this a new thing (since she crossed off the 30day part) or is it because she was mad at me ?

Why I say she was mad because I made a comment to the lady behind me that apparently we were not in the CS line since this other lady cut in front of us and the CS person helped her first. While yes I usually don't mind but it was a long line and I had to get home to get my other kid off of the school bus. And I realize this lady that ddi cut in front of me and this other lady was an older person I don't think that gives them the right to do it. (The lady behind me in the CS line couldn't believe how rude this lady was and she was an older person too probably even older than the one that cut in front of us.)

I think she was changing the rules on you, based on own whims or the change in the weather. I would go back and talk to the store manager.
