 Capers & remember to check your receipt
Apparently Kroger, or atleast my store, is changing the brand of capers they carry. I found this out when the brand I got (because it was cheaper  ) rang up wrong. I checked my receipt before leaving and caught it. Went to the service desk and they made it all right. 
This is why you should ALWAYS check your receipt; before you leave the store preferably as the prices are fresh in your head and the service counter is right there to fix it. It takes less than 30 seconds ... well, that depends on how much you just bought.  Also, check your coupons. I even asked the cashier again if there were 10 of X coupon, and she said yes. As I checked the receipt, only 9 had scanned. CS also gave me back that amount. I knew which coupon it was though, so that may have helped. Anyway, CHECK YOUR RECIPTS.
