Kroger (Central) ~ Question: kroger points-free iwireless minutes

i saw a flyer the other day at one of my krogers' that says you can earn 20 minutes per 100 dollars you spend at kroger on top of your gas points. does anyone know anything about this or how you redeem the 20 minutes? all the flyer said was to "see the iwireless display" which i couldnt find.
i know kroger sells iwireless minute cards that you use to add minutes to your phone.
any help would be great!
