Shortcut Q Problems For the second week in a row, my loaded shortcut Q's did not come off my receipt.  The service desk, couldn't help me because they didn't even know about Shortcuts. I've checked to make sure I bought the correct products to receive the savings. I've written Shortcuts but no response yet. ( With the holiday weekend I doubt I will until next week.) Would the Kroger 800 number be able to help?
Am I overlooking something here? My e-saver Q's worked just fine. I guess I'm kind of bummed because the items would have been bought cheaper at Walmart if I didn't think I had the shortcut Q's. :shrug7: Thots anyone?
