I did this tonight in Dallas (bought 6 packs and used a $5 cat to pay for my transaction), but didn't get the $5 cat again.

If I am not mistaken, the catalina says that it cannot be used on P&G products.

I did this deal Tuesday and got the $5 cat and went to do it again today buying around $30 worth of groceries including the batteries. Used the cat and didn't get a new one. Wouldn't I have a valid argument that I wasn't using it on P&G products, but on the other items in my grocery cart??? :-) Really, I would like to contact the catalina company and ask, but I don't have the cat numbers to describe it. Do I need them?

Yup, that's what my $2 duracell cat says too. Guess that means this one doesn't roll.

These are not to be rolled. It goes under the PG Catalina rules, where you cannot roll into another PG product.

So, my BFF went to Kroger today and bought 11 packages of batteries. Her total before coupons was obviously above the $20 but she didn't get the Cat. She went to the customer service to ask about it and they told her they had never heard of such a deal and for some random reason there are no signs in that Kroger (there are in mine, all of 5 miles away). Is there anything she can do?
