Kroger Family Of Stores - Catalina Questions Post Them Here!

If you know for sure you have a $ oyno cat coming, and it didn't print, can you go to the service desk and get a cash refund, or can you contact the catalina company, or are you just out of luck? TIA!

I believe you can do either. Typically, I've gone to the service desk and they have either given me a cash refund or rerung the items on a different register to get the cat to print. I've heard many people say, though, that they call catalina when their cats don't print.

It all depends. If the deal is advertised at that store then I go to CS and they will try another register to see if it works, if not they just give me cash back. If its not advertised then I call catalina since the store has "no record" or it. (well thats what they say)

I thought I saw a day or two ago that there was a cat for Ortega Taco Seasoning, but now I don't see it!? Am I losing it or what? Did anyone else notice this? TIA!! ;)

Old El Paso had one just recently (but I believe its over now).

Can you roll one Catalina of one deal into the same deal on your next transaction? Or is it like Walgreens where you can't use it to buy the same products again or the next one won't print...

Walgreens is the ONLY store that I know of that won't roll catalinas. Kroger stores will roll them.

Does anyone have the number to the catalina company?

This makes the third trip to kroger that I've bought 4 boxes of BC fruit roll-ups and my cat didn't print. I took receipts to customer service desk and they were no help. Even showed her on a previous cat, what the deal was and the dates it was good for but she said there was nothing she could do to make it print and she didn't know what to do but she was sorry. I know it works in this area, I had the first one print just fine. My mom, who checked out right behind me got hers, so the cat machine was turned on and had ink/paper.

I didn't get the BC fruit Catalina either. I also need the Catalina number.

can someone please explain to me what exactly a catalina is?
