The yeast strips are priced $1.99 right now. If you're in an area with double coupons, the $0.50 OYNO should double when you use it so it's really worth $1. If we're lucky, we'll see a $0.45/1 coupon and a price cut between now and the end of the year. Tis the season for baking-related coupons.

Some of the papers today have B1G1 free any strips...So if you get the papers that have the .45 off one and the B1G1, it could be really good..My local paper had the .45 cents off 1 and the Indy Star had B1G1..I think I had seen when I was in there the other day at my Scotts/Krogers they were a 1.45 a strip...Going that way now so will check..



Just got back from Kroger/Scotts and the yeast 3 pack strips were 1.49 I used a .45 off one that tripled and a B1G1 and I had a coupon for a Free Strip..so got 3 strips for .14 cents and got back (3) .50 cents oyno..

BTW. Make sure when you buy your yeasts that you buy the 2010 exp. dates. They had some issues with the glue on the previous packages before that date..It made the yeast smell really bad..when I called them about some really stinky yeast from 2 different strips from 2 different stores,they said they were aware of the problem and they sent me some free coupons to replace them. They just told me to buy the packs that expire in 2010. They said it was NOT harmful but I was concerned it would make my baked goods have a funky taste to them..

The strips were $1.89 at my Arlington, TX store. I can only double, but still free after the .45/1 and oyno doubled - a MM if I'm able to get ahold of some BOGOs. I'm so glad they're doing this again this year. I've been using our bread machine quite a bit recently, and was down to my last few strips.
