My q's got lost in the mail. I ordered more & they should hopefully be here today.

OK, went to Kroger today and it worked for one pkg. Then I got 19 more and got nothing. Went to customer service and got a $9.50 credit. So, I guess if you get one at a time it will still print. I'm really confused. Hope it works for someone else. I', in the Metro Atlanta area.

I'm in NC and I got a bunch of Cats just last night, so it's still working here! (And I was buying 7 at a time)

Bought 1 tonight in Cookeville, TN and NO CAT printed. It was 4am, so CS was not open. I might swing by tomorrow and see if the cat machine was just not working.

I did this yesterday afternoon (Monday) in Missouri and it's still working fine here.
