I declined a Kohls CC offer but I bought stuff @ Kohls online using codes from mrrebates/ebates/bigcrumbs and I started getting $10/$10 homemailers from them each time there was one. so for those who do not get approved for Kohls charge, there are other ways to get on their mailing list for great homemailer offers.
