Coupon Stacking
Kohl's allows coupon stacking. While only one percent off coupon can be used per transaction, you can stack any number of dollar off coupons on the same transaction. Kohl's coupons state that they "CAN be combined with other offers and coupons!" Dollar off coupons are applied to your transaction first and then the percent off.

For example, my daughter needed a new dress, we used a $10 off $20 (from the local newspaper), stacked on a $5 off $5 (from a Kohl's email) and 15% (from a Kohl's home mailer)! Viola ultra savings!

Price Adjustments

In certain cases, Kohl's give you money back if you bought an item, only to discover it was on sale later. If your situation meets all these criteria, you could be eligible for a price adjustment:

• You bought the item on sale or at regular price.
• Within two weeks (14 days) of the purchase date, the price of the item was further reduced from the final price you paid.
• You have the original, dated sales receipt.
• The item is not a Clearance markdown.
• The item was not purchased as a Buy One, Get One (BOGO).
• The item is not a current Buy One, Get One (BOGO).

If you bought the item online at Kohls.com and you think you're eligible for a price adjustment, e-mail us using the option below. Or, call Customer Service toll-free at (866) 887-8884.

If you bought the item at a Kohl's Store near you, please visit the Customer Service Desk at that location with your receipt.

Price Matching
Kohl's matches their competitors' prices. Just bring a copy of the competitor's ad with the current date on it to your nearest Kohl's Department Store. (Make sure the ad includes a description of the item.)

Unfortunately, Kohl's DOES NOT offer Rainchecks on sale items.

Kohl's offers a 15% discount every Wednesday for senior citizens (with a valid ID). This offer available in stores only and NOT online. This Special Discount is not valid with any extra percent-off discounts including Kohl’s Charge offers. Offer good on all sale, regular and clearance-priced merchandise. Offer not valid for price adjustments on prior purchases, Gift Card purchases, or payment on a Kohl’s Charge account. It really depends on the item, coupon, and who is working that day. I have been able to for a few things, but others, no.
