Help with Kohls cash and discounts?

When I get the Kohl's Calatog in the mail with the peel off sticker to reveal my savings I have been able to just tear out the coupon only without my name and pass savings along to friends. Our whole group of teachers does this at school, if someone has a 30% we pass it around. Our Kohl's here has never minded nor asked for the name to be on it. We've done this since this store opened a few years ago.

There are some that you get in the mail that do have a name on them. Our DM is very "by the books" and has been having his PM guys watch to make sure that the name on these q's matches the name on the card. I think this is b/c they've had counterfits and altered q's a lot here lately. They're trying to figure out who might be responsible. He's not the greatest DM that we've had and I think corp. is noticing and he's trying to make himself look better. DH is in the beginning stages of mgt training and following orders no matter how rediculous he thinks it is. Just like they've fired an employee b/c she returned merchandise w/ a receipt that she got as a gift and then used her discount to purchase what she wanted with the KMRC card. Kohl's considers this stealing b/c the original purchase was made w/ no employee discount and she was able to get more merchandise to replace it by using her discount. A whopping $15 ish cost the poor kid her job.
