It came in the mail yesterday. It says $15 gift tood toward EVERYTHING in the store on front & has a pin# on back. Here is the fine print on back:
Offer valid on minimum $15 purchase with any tender type. No cash back. offer is no-transferable and can be combined with other offers, $15 gift will be applied prior to percent-off total purchase discounts. Offer cannot be redeemd for cash. Only one $15 gift can redeemed per person. Offer good on all sale, regular, and clearanced priced merchandise. Offer not valid for price adjustments on previus purchases, on gift card purchases or for payment on a Kohl's charge account. Offer also NOT valid on purchases of kohl's cares for kids merchandise or other charitable items.

I got 2 in the mail yesterday but, they were for $10, not $15 - I like your q better LOL

I got a Kohl's "Christmas Kickoff Sale" booklet yesterday too, however, mine just has a "peel to reveal your price-lowering power" sticker on the front. You peel it off to reveal a 15%, 20% or 30% off everything. Mine was only 15% -- pooh.

My daughter got the $10 on "we mean anything" one. She doesn't shop there so I get it. YAY! She doesnt shop there and gets these all the time; I DO shop there and NEVER get them. Go figure!:shrug7:
