I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think you can
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone knows if I can use a Gift Card to make a payment on my Kohls Credit Card?? Thanks so much!

You cannot pay with a gift card that has been purchased in the store. You can pay with a gift card that was purchased through the scrip program. (The scrip program is a fundraising program through many schools and churchs, possibly other not for profit organizaions)
The PP is right- you can't pay on a Kohl's charge with a regular gift card, only the fundraising gift cards (Kohl's Cares for Kids).
You can pay your Kohl's account with a gift card. I buy Kohls GC from my kids SCRIP program all the time and pay my Kohls bill with it. I also just got a $25 GC from my points that I paid my bill with a few days ago. You do have to pay it in the store, you can't send them the GC in the mail.
You cannot use a "Store Credit" to pay your Kohl's bill though.

I just got a couple Kohls GC's from My points hoping to put towards the Kohl's charge card...So they can be used for sure since they weren't purchased in the stores? Even though they aren't purchased through above mentioned program?
I don't really shop there often enough to know their options and I can't find an answer online anywhere else.
TIA
have the policies been revised that Kohl's now accept GCs obtained from cash back perks of CCs or survey companies like MyPoints? Those with Discover can redeem a $50 Kohl's GC with only $45 cash back so if that payment is accepted for the Kohl's charge card, it is like stacking discounts to get a lot of quality merchandise cheap![]()
I called customer service to find out. The answer is NO. GCs cannot be used a forms of payment on Kohl's charge card.
