I got it too but it doesn't have exp date , pin code and its barcode looks like 9999999999. Will it work?

The one with 99999.... is a doctored one. DO NOT USE IT!!! I also got that one from "my daily free samples" (if i can't put that here, pls delete it!), printed it and drove like a bat out of hell to go use it. It beeped!!! So i call my dd and had her research it, and she found a link that said that Corp sent out a notice to all stores that this one was not a legitimate one and to not accept it! So, no shoes for me.

I got mine froom kohls it did not have a 9999 on it. I used it and it did not beep.

I signed up and got a $5 one, a $10 one and a SECOND $10 one!! I got kitchen towels for $1 with the first, bra and panties w/ the second for .36, and I just put up a picture in my blog of my score today for new baby items- 1 sweatsuit, 2 shoes, 1 summer dress and a onesie combo- and the subtotal was 10.00 so I paid 0!! The retail price for all that was 82.00! I hope they keep sending these coupons out!
